He is a very affectionate boy who enjoys being close to his family and soaking up attention. Oliver is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day, but he handles his routine very well and doesn’t let it slow him down. He is looking for a committed, loving home that will give him the care he needs and the love he deserves.
