Apollo was rescued just in time from being taken to a full shelter where his outcome would have been uncertain. Since then, he has been cared for by a loving family who stepped up to keep him safe. While he has not yet received full vetting and is currently intact, he appears healthy and happy. He is now ready for a forever home where he can receive the continued care and stability he deserves.

Apollo is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and full of personality. He loves to play — whether that means chasing cat toys, exploring anything that catches his interest, or gently nibbling during playtime. He purrs loudly when he’s happy and truly enjoys being held and loved on. He thrives on attention and bonds closely with his people.

He has been living with another rescued black male cat named Starry. The two have become close companions, though they do not have to be adopted together.
