Astarel was abandoned on the streets of Philly and ended up timestamped at ACCT Philly. Angel Wings pulled this sweet boy to safety and he is a gentle and loving boy. He has since been neutered, given his needed shots, and microchipped. He is ready for his forever home. Astarel tested negative for FeLV but positive for FIV. FIV is no big deal and FIV positive cats can live with negative cats.
