Meet Stormy – The Fluffy Cloud
Stormy is a 3-month old cuddlebug slash adrenaline junkie! He loves racing around at top speed, often taking turns too quickly and wiping out before getting right back up to do it again. His favorite toy is a small tie-dye plush ball that he carries around in his mouth.
Stormy isn't your classic black cat. He is a smoke color, meaning he has mostly black fur with a white undercoat. When it catches the light just right, it looks like shimmering smoke.
We named him Stormy because of his color, but he also purrs up a storm! In between long bouts of playing, Stormy will settle down for a cuddle with any human nearby. He loves affection and is a great lap kitten. He will happily follow you around to grab pets whenever he can.

Stormy also loves other cats and gets along great with his foster sibling, Tuvalu (1 year old girl). Even though they have quite the size difference, they love chasing eachother around and playing. Stormy is playful, affectionate, and full of personality. If you're looking for a cat who will make you laugh, keep you company, and bring a lot of joy into your life, Stormy could be the perfect match.
Stormy is ~3 months old, neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and in great health! He has phenomenal litter box habits. Both of his siblings have been adopted, and all Stormy needs now is a family of his own!
He has never met a dog, but with slow introductions to a calm, cat-savvy pup, we think he could learn to enjoy having a doggy friend.

Stormy is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado or other locations along this route.

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:
When you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving new family member a home. Each adoption fee pays for a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We think you for your contribution to our efforts!
