Hi, I'm Micky (Michelob), I am an adorable gray and white boy with the sweetest personality. I am
snuggly and really like my naps. My sister is up and running and I'm still stretching and getting ready for
the day. I run right to you with my tail held high looking for love. I'm also very playful but just a bit more mellow about it. My favorite toy is a plastic spring, although I do love my baby mouse toy too! I'm
perfect with my litterbox and a great eater. I must be adopted with my sister Guinness.
DOB: 3/10/25
Medically ready for adoption: mid to late June
FOSTER-TO-ADOPT PROGRAM
Not sure if a particular pet will be the perfect match? Our Foster-to-Adopt program is the way to go FMCA's foster-to-adopt program is essentially a trial period so you can be sure your selection is a good fit for your home and family. This is especially helpful if you have other pets and children or just need more time to make a final decision.
FOSTER-TO-ADOPT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
The Foster-to-Adoption program requires a fully approved application. Applicant must be 21 years old All applicants must complete an application, undergo a residency and vet verification plus a virtual interview/home visit prior to application approval. We also require a drivers' license, or other form of ID, for each adult in the household.
CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION
We process adoptions through ShelterLuv. The first step is to complete an application:
https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FMCA/Cat
If you do not have a specific pet in mind, please list a general description of what you are looking for, i.e. adult female cat or pair of kittens or unknown, etc. under the section titled "Which animals are you interested in?" This will allow us to quickly determine if we may have what you are looking for readily available or in one of our foster homes still going through the vetting process.
You will hear from us in the next few days. Please note, FMCA is an all-volunteer organization and most of our volunteers work full-time, so please be patient.
After an applicant is fully approved and an appropriate pet is selected, we will coordinate pet transfer. We will stay in touch to monitor during the two-or three-week trial period. If it's a go, we will finalize the adoption electronically. During the trial period, we are always available to help with items such as getting pets settled in, pet introductions and ways to help shy pets acclimate. If things don't work out, the pet will return to FMCA.
Please email us at info@fmca.org with any questions regrading the adoption process.
