Domestic Medium Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Sofie is a gorgeous sweet young lady with a gentle, thoughtful nature. She’s the shy one of her litter and likes to observe from a little distance when new people are around. But once she feels comfortable, she’ll happily let you pick her up, hold her, and stroke her soft, silky fur. Her favorite spot is up high near a window, where she can keep an eye on everything happening both inside and out. Sofie has a stunning coat – black on top with a soft grey undercoat that gives her fur a beautiful depth and softness.

As a 5-month-old kitten, Sofie loves her two brothers (Orion & Taliesin) and enjoys spending time with them, cuddling together, grooming them patiently, and joining in the general rumpus when it’s playtime. That said, she is much quieter than her brothers, so because most adopters are not prepared to adopt a trio, we think it’s best to adopt the two boys out as a pair. This means Sofie is looking for a forever home to share with another gentle cat, so that she can still have a feline friend to snuggle with. If you already have a friendly young cat who’s longing for a companion, whether an older kitten or an adult, Sofie could be a perfect fit – given her sweet nature, we think she would adapt well to making friends with another receptive cat to be her new BFF!

Sofie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
