Meet Mochi, a lovely 2-year-old domestic medium hair with a gentle spirit and a heart ready to love. She came to us as an owner surrender after her family had to move off island, and now she’s hoping to find a new home where she can settle in and truly shine. At first, Mochi can be a little nervous when meeting new people—but give her a little time, a gentle voice, and she’ll warm up before you know it. She absolutely loves chin and cheek scratches, and once she feels comfortable, she’ll happily curl up in your lap and soak in all the affection. Mochi previously lived with another cat, where they played, slept, and groomed each other. While she does have experience with feline friends, she’ll do best with slow, thoughtful introductions to help her feel safe and secure.
