Tiger is what you would call a grumpy old man that is very much on his own terms. At 13, he has the right to be being in the situation he is in but when he is outside his cage he seems to adjust better to his surroundings. He will need to have a quiet home maybe with another cat but has not been with dogs. If you can be patient with grumpy cat syndrome then he is the cat for you.
