Meet Smokey! This handsome, big boy weighs in at a solid 19 lbs--and it's all part of his charming presence. Smokey was originally adopted in 2019 and has recently returned to DHS through no fault of his own.
Smokey is a healthy, well-cared-for cat who has received regular veterinary care, including vaccines, dental work, and grooming. Most importantly, he's a very loving companion who enjoys a calm and comfortable environment.
He previously lived in a quiet home with two elderly owners and no other pets, so he may do best in a similar peaceful setting. We're still getting to know Smokey and aren't yet sure how he feels about children or a more active household.
As we learn more about his personality, we'll continue to update his profile--but one thing is already clear: Smokey has lots of love to give and is ready to find his forever home. 💛
