Domestic Long Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Hi, my name is Cali, and I’m a beautiful big girl with a very tender heart. I have a sad but loving story. My human mom adored me, but due to Alzheimer’s disease she could no longer care for me and had to move into a home. Making the decision to surrender me was heartbreaking for her, but it was done out of love. so I could have a safe future.

Fortunately for me, the amazing volunteers at Save a Gato stepped in and are now taking wonderful care of me. Because of them, I am safe, loved, and ready for my next chapter.

I’m a sweet, gentle soul and the most important thing about me is my personality, I am extremely affectionate, calm, and loving. I may be a “biggie” at 17 pounds, but that just means I have more love to give and make the best cuddle companion. 🥰

I’m looking for a home where I will be cherished for the rest of my long life. a forever family who understands that love, loyalty, and devotion are what I offer in return.

Although our cats are all located in Puerto Rico, they can fly to mainland US. We can usually find flight angels to bring the cat to you once you are approved for adoption. We don't charge for arranging the trip, but adopter are responsible for pet fee charged by airlines, which is usually $95 to $125 depending on the airlines.
