Hello my name is Peanut, I'm from Minnesota!

I've lived a very happy life growing old alongside my owner, and now I am looking for somewhere to live out the rest of my days! I love to nap in the warmest place I can find, unless there's a lap available! I love to cuddle up on my mom's chest while she sits on the couch so I get all the attention.
I don't care much about other pets in the house, but I've never met a dog bigger than me so slow introductions would be important for us! I would also do best with older more considerate children.
I have arthritis that I get a shot for and I'm a little overweight, but otherwise I'm in great health!
Because of my long beautiful fur I do need daily grooming, but I love my brushing time! I could also get regular shaves at a groomer, but I prefer to have all the attention on me while you brush me!
