Domestic Long Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Cinder is a beautiful, long-haired 1-year-old girl. She originally lived in a horse barn and was an excellent mouser for them. However, she is comfortable with people and enjoys being patted so we think she will acclimate to house life easily. Cinder was surrendered to us because the barn is being sold so she cannot stay there. She is looking for a calm, patient adopter who can give her time to settle in.

If you are ready to adopt, please fill out an adoption application. We offer same-day adoptions, so if the cat is a fit, you can take them home the day of your meeting.

If a cat is listed on our website, it is still available for adoption, but applications may have been received before yours.

All adoption meetings are by appointment only. The adoption fee for cats seven months to two years old is $250 for one cat and $350 for a pair; for cats three years to ten years old, it is $200 for one cat and $300 for a pair; and for senior cats 11 years and over, it is $125. The fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip testing, testing for FeLV and FIV, and spaying/ neutering.
