Moochie joined the tripod kitty club the same day he came to LCCR. He appeared on a kind person’s porch, having just escaped from having his arm caught in a fox trap. They got him to an emergency vet and connected with the rescue to pay for his needed amputation and extensive after care. It took him some time to recover from the trauma he endured, but now he's doing better than every!

Moochie is a gentle soul, who loves the quiet. He's hoping his home is more on the downlow than busy. He's a little bit on the shy side, but he's beginning to come out of his shell. With a bit of destressing and love, his foster believes he will flourish into an awesome addition to one lucky family. The longer he's surrounded by humans, the more he's showing his sweet side. He will spend a lot of time curled up in his bed relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. His forehead is primed for some rubbin', and he'll even roll over for a tummy rub if it's offered! His purr is incredibly soothing, and he loves to join his foster mom in bed at night for treats and cuddle time! Though he is missing a leg, that doesn't slow him down one bit! He acts just like any other kitty; he walks, jumps, and uses the litter box with no issue!

His adoption donation is $140 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
