Mazie came to the rescue when she was found roaming around a farm. She was very scared when she first arrived at the rescue but quickly adapted to the community room where she roams the shelves seeking quiet places to sleep. Mazie is a quiet and reserved girl. She normally sleeps all day and comes out to demand treats in the late afternoon. Then she rolls on her back and wants scratches. She is absolutely gorgeous but will take a long time to come out of her shell in a new home. She should be in a quiet home without children. It's going to take someone very special to gain Mazie's trust. We have seen it done before at the rescue but it takes time and commitment.
