Chocolate's estimated birthdate is 12/12/2025. He is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, fecal, tested negative, FIV/FELV tested negative, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His neuter appointment is scheduled and included with adoption.
