Haymitch is a really sweet, low key kitty. He was found wandering a quite neighborhood in Milpitas, CA. The people who found him asked their neighbors if he was their kitty but could not located his family. He was likely dumped but we don't know that for sure. He was obviously cared for as he is very friendly. He has no issues being held. So far, he has not shown any interest in being a lap cat but that might change.
