Devon Rex Cats Available for Adoption

Theo appears to be a purebred Devon Rex and was found abandoned in NYC. His best friend is little Bandit, a sweet tuxedo cat. They are obsessed with each other and are only available as a pair. They are both about one year-old.
Theo is also obsessed with people, and needs to be in a home where he can get plenty of attention.
