Pumpkin was found by a good Samaritan at the young age of 7 weeks, walking on a road in Lincoln Park. Even at the young age of 7 weeks, now that we have gotten to know her, we agree that she was too inquisitive to stay wherever she was. Pumpkin, a good looking little girl, is living with a foster family who tells us that she is a very independent cat but does seek her fosters out for nap and lap time. Pumpkin is spayed and has all her shots. She would be best for adopters who have cat experience really just due to her independent behaviour. If you would like to meet Pumpkin, please email us at shelter@kvasnj.org or telephone 973-283-4120 to make an appointment. No same day adoptions.

These cats are almost always female due to their genetics, with their striking coats often displaying a patchwork appearance.
