Jasmine and Rajah are an absolutely adorable sister-and-brother pair searching for a forever home together. These two were rescued from a cat colony at a trailer park where their future was uncertain, but thankfully they were brought into foster care and given the love, safety, and care they needed to grow into happy, healthy kittens.

Jasmine, the beautiful calico girl, truly lives up to her adventurous namesake. She wants to see the world and is always ready to dash toward the first open door if given the chance! She can be a bit aloof at first, but once she decides it’s time for affection, she adores chin scratches — on her schedule, of course. Jasmine is the instigator of most play sessions and is always looking for a good wrestling partner. She is not especially food motivated and would much rather chase a feather toy than be bribed with treats. In short, she embodies all the classic cat energy: independent, playful, and full of personality. She may take a little longer than her brother to warm up, but she’s well worth the wait.

Rajah, the fluffy orange tabby, is Jasmine’s loyal sidekick — when she wants one. When she doesn’t, he’s perfectly content seeking out human cuddles instead. This sweet boy has recently discovered just how much he loves pets and will happily track down your hands at the most inconvenient moments to request scratches. Rajah is a gentle player and will politely give a soft paw tap when he’s had enough. A bit of a lovable clown, his slightly klutzy antics are guaranteed to keep you laughing. He’s also wonderfully patient with his foster siblings and doesn’t mind being used as a pillow. And fair warning: this little foodie may casually attempt to sample anything that looks remotely edible!

Jasmine and Rajah have been fostered with dogs, so they should do fine with a calm, cat-friendly pup. They would also do well with older, respectful children who understand when to engage and when to give space.

These two have already beaten the odds once — now they’re ready for a loving family who will keep them safe, entertained, and cherished for life. Could Jasmine & Rajah be the perfect pair for your home?

The adoption fee for two cats is $230.

Jasmine and Rajah are around 4-5 months old. They have been spayed / neutered and vaccinated. They are litter box trained.

We recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other pets (or even if you do), because you will get twice the love with less work and they will develop fewer behavioral issues, while costs remain relatively similar.

We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.

When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?

All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.
