Meet Mukie! Mukie is a miracle. Mukie was found practically frozen to death in the snow. She came to the rescue is horrible condition. Both of her eyes were severly infected and we didn’t think they could be saved. Well she made a full recovering albeit with scaring to her eyes. She is able to see a bit but that doesn’t stop her from being the sweetest kitten who loves to play.
As soon as you pick this sweet girl up she starts purring. She loves to be held and getting kisses. She plays with a wand toy really well. She gets along with other kitties and hasn’t met a person she doesn’t like.
Mukie might look a little different but her unique appearance only lends to her overall beauty.
She has survived against the odds and belongs with her own loving family.
Filling out an application does not guarantee adoption of a particular cat or kitten. We receive many applications for each listed cat, and we review them carefully to ensure a good fit. Of approvable applications, we give precedence to the earliest that we receive.
All of our cats and kittens are rescued, or surrendered to us by their previous owners, and now seek loving, permanent homes.
All of our cats are spayed/neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV and FeLV, as well as given flea, heartworm, and ear mite prevention.
We do not DNA or allergy test our cats. We cannot guarantee the breed mix, as we are a rescue, not breeders.
Please note that we are a privately run rescue. We are not government funded and get very few donations. The care that we provide, the animals that we rescue, all costs are covered out of pocket, so our adoption fees are higher than what you may find at a funded or government shelter.
To request an application, email secondhandsiamese2@gmail.com.

DO NOT CALL OR TEXT FOR APPLICATIONS!
We DO NOT have "meet and greet" visitations. All adoption appointments are made after we have approved your application.
