Note from Paws humans: Trooper certainly had a rough start in life, but he's very sweet. He had two extra little legs when he came to the shelter. They were growing out of his back to legs. To avoid problems down the road, our vet recommended that they be removed when Trooper was neutered, so that's what we did. Trooper is doing great now after this relatively minor procedure. He's just a bit timid, but absolutely loves to play.
