Winnie - Bengal Cat for Adoption in Pickering, Ontario

WINNIE

Bengal
🇨🇦
Pickering, Ontario
June 26th
female, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

This sweet girl was rescued from a backyard breeding circumstance. She has spent her first few years of life being bred multiple times and when she arrived in AVA's care, she was pregnant with her last litter of kittens.

Winnie was not shy when her foster picked her up to share how much she dislikes car rides but once home, she wasted no time showing her gratitude to be in a space far different than where shed come from. Having come from a very small living space filled with many felines, it was new to her to have so much space to herself. She immediately wanted to cuddle and laid down for a nap on top of her foster mom.

Winnie is incredibly sweet and gentle. She has a grateful nature, showing appreciation for everything; affection, play time, meals etc. Shes vocal at times but uses her voice softly to convey her needs - mainly when she wants food.

Winnie loves play time - mainly with a wand toy. She is a great hunter and catches the wand quickly so her forever family will want to keep these toys stocked. Winnie is very gentle with people, we think in her forever home, she would be fine with kids but would also be fine in an adult only home. Shes patient and if she wants a break she will find a soft space to sleep. She likes cat trees to sleep on or soft cozy beds. She likes looking out windows.

She uses her litter box very well and covers thoroughly. She has lived with other felines but she would be best suited paired with another cat that is social, gentle and docile or as an only pet. Whoever adopts this sweet girl is going to be incredibly lucky because she is a really beautiful soul.
