American Shorthair Cats Available for Adoption

Here is Margarita, a beautiful and slightly flirty 11-month-old kitty with lots of personality. She loves playing with bottle caps, toys, and honestly… every object can become a toy if she is in mood! After running around Margarita likes to take peaceful naps and any place is good to sleep if cozy enough. She also enjoys gentle cuddles and petting.
Margarita’s story is full of turns. First, her cat-mom, a true warrior, carried her and two siblings one by one to a safe home. That’s where a sweet elderly lady took and protected them until the last day of her life. When she passed away, cat family spent a few days out on the street again until rescue organization that had sterilized mom came looking for them. Her brothers already found their forever homes… and now hopefully is Margarita’s turn.

Our pets are in foster homes rather than in shelter. They are well socialized and adjusted to home environment

Adoption process:
1) application - we would like to get to know you
2) virtual meeting - you will be able to meet pet with their foster parents by video chat talk more details with us about next steps.
3) agreement is signed and pet goes to his/her new home.

Adoption donations help us cover medical and transportation costs.
