KENDAR est un aimable garçon au superbe pelage "tabby classique" luxuriant et dense et aux magnifiques yeux verts au regard langoureux. Costaud et athlétique, avec un joli minois tout rond, notre beau gaillard a environ 2 ans et sa santé est excellente. KENDAR dégage un aura de grande bonté ...Impossible de résister à ce chat exceptionnel !
KENDAR a tristement été abandonné au refuge au début mars 2026 puisque son ancienne famille perdait leur appartement et n'avait plus aucune possibilité de le garder avec eux. Au refuge, nous constatons que KENDAR est plutôt triste et pas très actif - il doit être en train de vivre son deuil de sa vie passée...Fraîchement stérilisé et placé dans la salle commune avec les autres chats attendant leur adoption, Monsieur n'est pas complètement à l'aise parmi ses nouveaux congénères - KENDAR se tient à l'écart de certains colocataires mâles.
Très sociable et ultra-affectueux avec les humains, KENDAR est un très gentil minet qui adore avoir de la compagnie et qui désire créer un lien affectif très fort avec vous. Cet élégant gentleman poilu adore donc être flatté, caressé et bécoté. On peut même lui flatter le bedon et il se tortille de bonheur et commence alors à ronronner et à vous lécher les doigts - mais il peut ensuite vous mordiller légèrement la main. Ainsi, les futurs adoptants de KENDAR devront être présents et interagir souvent avec lui et idéalement lui proposer des activités et jouets pour le faire bouger. Une fois que votre bien-aimé KENDAR vous connaît et vous fait confiance, vous aurez de vraies belles soirées et nuits ensemble - le séduisant félin sera collé sur vous et sa chaleur vous réconfortera :)
L'époustouflant KENDAR est encore curieux et agile. Habitué à vivre uniquement à l'intérieur, KENDAR aura besoin d'un arbre à chat afin qu'il puisse y faire ses griffes, s'y amuser et aussi de la plateforme, observer la nature et surveiller ce qui se passe dehors. Le gentilhomme au regard tendre adore les lits moelleux pour faire ses longues siestes...dès que ce cher moustachu entend le sac de friandises être secoué...il viendra rapidement à votre rencontre pour avoir sa part :) !
KENDAR sera heureux et s'épanouira pleinement dans un foyer chaleureux et paisible. Avec son tempérament de gros toutou amical, il pourra cohabiter avec des enfants (6 ans +) respectueux des animaux. Quoique tolérant et très doux, il n'apprécierait pas être bousculé ou trop manipulé contre son gré. Selon son ancienne famille, KENDAR serait aussi compatible avec les autres chats. Basé sur ses comportements au refuge, nous croyons qu'il préférerait être le seul animal de compagnie de la maisonnée pour recevoir toutes vos caresses et régner sur son domaine. Si vous avez un autre chat posé et non-dominant, ce coeur sur quatre pattes saura s'adapter moyennant des introductions graduelles.
Le ravissant KENDAR est un être attendrissant, un petit charmeur au pas feutré qui a besoin de VOUS ! Si vous êtes prêt à vous investir dans une relation bienveillante et aimante avec ce formidable compagnon - en retour, ce merveilleux félin vous aimera de façon inconditionnelle et vous apportera beaucoup de joie tous les jours de sa vie :)

KENDAR is a lovable young man with a luxurious, dense “classic tabby” coat and magnificent green eyes with a soulful gaze. Sturdy and athletic, with an adorable round face, this handsome fellow is about 2 years old and in excellent health. KENDAR radiates a remarkable kindness… It’s impossible to resist such an exceptional cat !
KENDAR was sadly surrendered to the shelter in early March 2026 when his former family lost their apartment and had no way to keep him with them.
At the shelter, we’ve noticed that KENDAR is rather sad and not very active — he is clearly grieving the loss of his past life. Recently neutered and placed in the communal room with the other cats awaiting adoption, this furry chap is not entirely comfortable around his new feline roommates — KENDAR tends to keep his distance mainly from the male cats.
Very social and extremely affectionate with humans, KENDAR is a truly sweet boy who loves company and longs to form a deep emotional bond with you. This elegant gentleman adores being petted, cuddled, and kissed. You can even rub his belly — he’ll wiggle with happiness, start purring, and lick your fingers… though he may gently nibble your hand afterward. For this reason, KENDAR’s future adopters should be present, interactive, and ideally offer him activities and toys to keep him moving. Once your beloved KENDAR knows you and trusts you, you’ll enjoy wonderful evenings and nights together — this charming feline will curl up against you, and his warmth will comfort you.
The stunning KENDAR is still curious and agile. Accustomed to living strictly indoors, he will need a cat tree where he can scratch, play, and perch to observe nature and keep an eye on what’s happening outside. This tender‑eyed kitty loves soft, cozy beds for his long naps… and the moment this whiskered darling hears the treat bag shake, he’ll come running to claim his share !
KENDAR will thrive in a warm and peaceful home. With his friendly, teddy-bear temperament, he can live with children (6 years +) respectful of animals. Although tolerant and very gentle, he does not appreciate being pushed around or over‑handled against his will. According to his former family, KENDAR is also compatible with other cats. Based on his behaviors at the shelter, we believe he would prefer to be the only pet in the household so he can receive all your affection and reign over his domain. If you have another poised, non‑dominant cat, this 4 legged sweetheart could adapt with proper gradual introductions.
