American Shorthair Cats Available for Adoption

Meet Shadow! This sweet and affectionate boy is about one year old and loves everyone he meets. He’s outgoing, friendly, and always happy to spend time with people or play with his kitty friends.

Shadow previously had one of his eyes removed, but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He runs, plays, and wrestles with the other cats like nothing ever happened.

He is currently living in a foster home with two small dogs and does just fine with them, so he would likely do well in a home with a calm, cat-friendly dog. We also believe he would do well with respectful children.

Shadow is a loving, playful cat who is ready to bring lots of joy to his forever home.

Adoption and Transport Details:

The kitty is currently located in Houston, TX.

Available for adoption with transport to the PNW, Colorado, and the Northeast (some restrictions apply).

Sorry, we cannot adopt out in NH, RI, or ME.

Transport is included in the adoption fee.

Adoption fee is $400.
Adoption fee $500 in MASSACHUSETTS ONLY to cover isolation facility fees.
