American Shorthair and Tabby Cats Available for Adoption
GINGERSNAP
American Shorthair, Tabby
🇺🇸
Mission Viejo, California
February 20th
male, medium, baby
DESCRIPTION
Gingersnap had a rough start in life. As tiny kittens he was rescued from a vets office where the litter was brought in to be euthanized by Animal Control due to severe eye infections. We weren't going to let that happen so these adorable kittens came home with us and started on the road to recovery.
Gingersnap and his brother, Crumpet, have been under the care of ann Eye Specialist Vet. While Crumpet eyes are now perfect. Gingersnap's will never be perfect. He can see well from both eyes and doesn't need any additional treatment but the vet recommends an annual check up with an eye specialist..
Both are playful and curious lovebugs, often found chasing after their favorite toys—springs, mice, or anything that moves. They enjoy climbing cat trees and are always ready for lap time.
These two would love to be adopted together, though either of them would make a perfect companion for any loving home.
Neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, tested negative for FELV/FIV, and microchipped. Whether you adopt them together or separately, they will fill your home with joy, laughter, and endless love.
Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website www.southerncountiesrescue.org to meet Ginger.snap and brother Crumpet.
