Pigeon Birds Available for Adoption

In a past life, Squintus was a fierce Roman gladiator who faced lions in the Colosseum. After one such lion took his eye and ultimately his life, he was reborn as a pigeon, karmically destined to live as a bird. He was found with the eye injury inflicted on him in his previous life (or he might have had a collision with a window, whose to say) but after months of recovery, the only sign of his injury is an occasional dashing squinty wink of his left eye. And although he may now be a pigeon, he still has the soul of a warrior. Squintus loves to explore and will bravely hop, fly and strut around his foster mom’s apartment despite the watchful gaze of her two miniature lions.

Squintus is a silly, clever bird who is slowly learning to appreciate a good cuddle before going off on his next apartment exploring adventure. With love and attention he is sure to become the champion of your heart!
