Pigeon Birds Available for Adoption

Salsa was hand raised by volunteer Joleen after being rescued as a nestling with a badly fractured leg. He still has a limp but otherwise is a happy, healthy young pidge who is super curious and loves to play and explore! Salsa would do best in a home where he can hang out with somebody most of the day. He really likes to observe whatever you’re up to! Doing the dishes? He’s happy to supervise. Putting your makeup on for the day? He would love to perch on the mirror above you and offer input when asked. Watching a movie or show? Yes, thank you, he would love a little spot on the couch next to you.
He will almost always step up on your arm if offered, and enjoys the challenge of climbing up to your shoulder! He is also a big fan of a nice bath, and courteously will settle down on a towel when done to preen and dry off!
He’s just very fun and sweet and a little cheeky and oh so excited to find his forever home!
