Pilates was discovered in a front yard after the family dog sounded the alarm. She had suffered neuro trauma, and at first couldn’t even stand. Now she’s upright, mobile, and determined, even if her balance still wobbles from time to time.
She’s nonflighted, but don’t tell her that! If she attempts takeoff, she launches straight up like a dramatic little torpedo and may end up on her back, waiting for assistance with offended dignity. She can walk, eat, drink, and handle her daily routine just fine, simply needs a safe, low to the ground setup and a human who keeps an eye on her acrobatics.
Despite her wobble, Pilates considers herself a dedicated wellness professional, and she carries herself with the focus of someone who absolutely owns a tiny pigeon sized yoga mat. She may be shy at first, but once comfortable she has Opinions! Pilates awaits her very own forever home and caring humans to help her continue her balance exercises!
