Chitter is a 12 year old male Parrotlet. He is very playful, but definitely camera shy and loves his swing. He was surrendered when his owner passed away, and was housed singly but had other birds in the same house. He is looking for a new home and family. Although he will get on your finger, he may nip to test you. We are looking for a home and family experienced with Parrotlets and their needs.
