Blue - Parakeet Bird for Adoption in Evansville, Indiana

Hello I'm Blue! I'm in a foster home so if you'd like to meet me please call VHS.
I'm a very sweet, shy bird who does know how to step up, but can also be scared of hands at times. I love other budgies and would do best in a home with them! I do need bird friends who are gentle since I can't really fly. I never had much of a chance to stretch my wings, so while I can hover and go forward I haven't really gotten the hang of going up yet. I'm working on that with some basic birdy exercise and would love a home that would keep with my routine so I can fly in the future.
