Henry is a charming young rooster with quite the story to tell! Found wandering the streets and brought to us by local law enforcement, this little guy is now ready to trade his days of adventure for the comfort of a safe and loving home. At just 3 months old, Henry is still very much a baby and has plenty of growing (and crowing!) ahead of him.
He’s very tolerant, allowing all-over handling with ease. Henry is curious, gentle, and already showing signs of being a confident little flock member. He is looking for a home where he can join a flock or be raised with other chickens who can help him learn the ropes.
Stop by our shelter any day to meet him.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. We are open daily 12-6pm.
