Adoption Requirements
¨ At least 18 years of age
¨ Proof of home ownership or copy of rental lease showing that pets are allowed (Note: large dog adoptions require home ownership)
¨ Valid ID with age and present address
¨ Sufficient source of income to support the financial costs of owning a pet
¨ Be willing and able to spend the time and money necessary to provide the proper care for your companion pet including food, shelter, veterinary care, grooming, training and loving attention for the duration of their life
¨ Understand that the Nobody’s Perfekt Dogs reserves the right to deny any adoption application
¨ Allow a home visit before the pet is placed for a sleepover
