It seems like kittens season just kept on going this year! We're up to our ears in kittens and there's no sign of them stopping with this warm weather. So please take a look at some of our little ones and see if your next family member is among them!

MEOW, Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established to help homeless and free-roaming community cats in Monmouth County, New Jersey by conducting Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR). TNR is the only universally-recognized humane method that effectively lowers outdoor cat populations. TNR is conducted by humanely trapping unaltered feral cats, spaying/neutering them, vaccinating and releasing them back to the same location where they were originally trapped where they can be cared for by a colony caretaker.

While we wish every cat could have an indoor home, feral cats are extremely fearful of humans and consider the outdoors their home as they live in the wild within familial cat colonies. With the right conditions of food
We have many kittens who are looking for homes! Here's our adoption process:
1. You fill out an adoption application we send you. You can fill it out, save the document, and then email it back to us at
2. We check vet references and review your application.
3. We typically like to have a phone conversation to discuss the cats/kittens you're looking to adopt and the home environment they would be moving into with you.
4. If you're approved, we then send you an adoption contract to sign and send back.
5. We conduct a home check (usually when we bring the kitten on adoption day unless you're close to one of our volunteers).
6. We do ask for at least a $125 adoption donation, which pays for about half the cost of vetting and caring for each kitten/cat. It also includes spay/neuter if you opt to go to a clinic near you.
7. We LOVE updates on the babies you save and will check in with you periodicall
