If he is sold for show or breeding purposes, there is an additional fee. Full registration is done through breeder. Limited registration is done when proof of neuter is provided. Potty training and crate training is done. Breeder requires communication through calling 434-942-1879 as too many have been scamming through text messages and email. Initial email is fine as long as a phone number is provided. Breeder likes to develop a relationship with her owners.
