Yorkshire Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Silvana, Washington

We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State. We are a local foster home based rescue.


Jax is a gentle boy who deserves to be a cherished friend. He thinks that everyone is his friend and his greetings are always happy with his tail wagging. Jax would love a family that will include him in their adventures. He enjoys going for walks and rides in the car and he is the best little sidekick. Jax also enjoys burying himself in a pile of blankets and getting as close to his person as possible. He loves with his whole heart!

Jax has been friendly to other dogs that he has met along the way and he is enjoying the other dogs in his foster home. Now that he is getting comfortable he is chasing the cat so any cats in the home should be dog savvy and have a safe place to observe while Jax settles into his new home. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of small children we are asking for a home without children under 12 years of age.

Jax recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines. Jax is 8 years old and weighs 11 pounds.

Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA.
