Meet Taz – A Tiny Dog with a Big Personality! â¤ï ̧
Don't let his age fool you—Taz is a spunky 14–15-year-old Yorkie who still has plenty of pep in his step and a whole lot of love to give!
This friendly little guy recently experienced the loss of his owner and is now searching for a new family to help him through this next chapter of life. While his world has changed, Taz hasn't let it dim his bright spirit. He greets people with enthusiasm, enjoys making new friends, and has the kind of personality that makes everyone smile.
Taz may be a senior, but he still loves being part of the action and is happiest when he's spending time with his people. He's the perfect reminder that age is just a number, and that some of the biggest hearts come in the smallest packages.
What Taz wants most is simple: a loving home where he can feel safe, cherished, and part of a family again. After losing the person he loved, he deserves a soft place to land and someone to remind him that he's still very much adored.
If you're looking for a sweet, social companion with plenty of charm and character, Taz might be your perfect match. This little gentleman is ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of love to the lucky family who welcomes him home.
Taz may be in his golden years, but he's proof that the best things often come in small, scruffy packages. Could you be the one to give this special senior the happy ending he deserves? â¤ï ̧We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
