Chrissy - Yellow Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Savage, Minnesota

I'm the happiest pup in town and my name is Chrissy! My tail never stops wagging and I have a smile on my face! I am "very happy-go-lucky", my foster mom says! My foster parents say I'm "so cute" and "so good" all the time, so I must be what they say I am! I've only been with them for a day and they are so proud of me because I show them that I know to go potty outside when they see me go towards their door to their backyard. I've not yet disappointed them by having an accident indoors--I keep my "business" outside to make them so happy with me! They took me for a walk with their two dogs and I was so happy and walked so well with them! Everyone who met me on the walk said that I was "so cute" and "so friendly" (oh, and "so soft!") so I really like walks because I can show off how cute and friendly I am. I love to play with my foster parents' doggies and we romp around in the yard and then we all take naps. When I'm not playing with them, they let me play with their toys and their bones. I don't try to play with or chew anything that is NOT a toy or a bone and that makes my foster parents really happy with me. They keep saying, "She REALLY is the PERFECT puppy!" And that makes me happy because I just really want to please people. I'm nice and mellow, I play with toys and then I plop myself down in one of the doggie beds and watch my foster parents. When I can't see anyone, I get up and look for them because I'm really a people doggie--I just want to be with you. I took a ride in the car last night and my foster mom said I was so "chill" and that she didn't hear a "peep" out of me! Then, they had me sleep in the crate and once I was sure that they were close by, I slept through the night with no issues. My foster mom was so happy that I slept all night long and when I woke up, I went outside and did my business right away! I am such a smart puppy, at least that's what my foster mom says! She says she would keep me but that they have a 2 dog max limit rule at their place in Florida, so I wouldn't be able to go. But they know I'll find a great home because I'm a "catch" as they say! How can you resist my cuteness, smarts, friendliness and charm? I don't know! And I hope you will want to meet me because I've got so much love to give to you! I can't wait to meet you and to become your "perfect little pup!" I promise, I'll live up to everything my foster parents say about me!

All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.

Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.
