Amy is a beautiful Walker Coonhound estimated to be between 2 and 3 years old, and shes proof that second chances can lead to the happiest endings.

Amys story began when a kind-hearted woman found her abandoned and alone at a local lake while camping. Refusing to leave her behind, she took Amy in and made sure she received all the care she deserved. Since then, Amy has been fully vetted, spayed, and is heartworm negative. Now shes ready to find the forever family shes been waiting for.

This sweet girl has never met a stranger. Amy loves going for walks and is wonderfully leash trained, making her the perfect companion for neighborhood strolls, hiking adventures, or simply exploring the outdoors together. When shes not out and about, youll likely find her curled up beside youor even better, right in your lap! Amy is a true Velcro dog who wants nothing more than to be wherever her people are.

Amy gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely loves playing with her foster sibling. Shes also fantastic with children, making her a great fit for a family looking for a loving and dependable companion.

Fully house trained and comfortable in a crate, Amy has all the manners youd hope for in a new family member. Shes affectionate, loyal, gentle, and ready to shower her forever family with unconditional love.

Medical & Spay/Neuter Information:
Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.

Puppies under 6 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppys first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopters expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee.
