DESCRIPTION
Rita is a shy girlie but warms up quick. Even tempered, wants to listen, and is low energy. She wants nothing more than to cuddle with you, and can self regulate well when she gets her zoomies with her favorite pirate duck and a bone. She is potty trained but is used to having a doggie door to let herself out. She will sleep quietly at the foot of the bed all night, no disturbances. She is not crate trained because it stresses her out. She has learned a lot as it seems she was a stray dog for a while. She absolutely adores children, doesn’t care if they pull on her, is extremely patient. Really the perfect family dog. She’s only 36 lbs so she’s easy to take places. Not too big not too small. This is the dog most people hope for when they go to adopt.
