Lipton is a lovely 3-year-old girl with sweet manners, an affectionate personality, and a playful side that keeps her from ever taking life too seriously.

She knows how to sit, shake, and enjoys spending time with her people.

Lipton has an animal care advocate here at the shelter who takes her to the big yard every day so she can really stretch her legs, enjoy her time outside, and continue polishing the manners she already has such a good start on. She also made new friends on her doggy day out at Inside Outside Kitchen Design. She is heartworm positive but with the proper treatment Lipton can live out the rest of her life happy and healthy.

Lipton would love a home where she can be cherished for exactly who she is: a sweet, well-mannered girl with a little silly streak, a lot of love to give, and all the makings of a wonderful companion.

Lipton's $250 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!

A staff member will reach out if your application is approved to discuss the adoption process. No fenced in yard required, and YES - we adopt to families with children! The adoption will not be final until the adoption contract is discussed and signed. Transports are arranged for specific dates, typically within 1-3 weeks of approving your application.
