Meet Jack, a charming little guy with a soft coat and an even softer heart! Our groomer suspects he may have some Havanese mixed in with Shih Tzu, thanks to the texture and style of his fur. Whatever his breed mix may be, one thing is certain-Jack is absolutely adorable and loves being close to his people.

Jack is a very affectionate dog who craves human attention, cuddles, pets, and being held. He enjoys soaking up love and wants to be where his humans are. He's also playful and energetic, enjoying toys and staying busy, so he'd likely thrive in a moderately active home where he can get attention, playtime, and companionship.

He gets along well with other dogs and has shown no interest in bothering the cat. Jack is currently working on potty training in his foster home and making progress.

At this time, because we are still learning how Jack does on leash walks, a secure fenced yard will be required for his adoption.

Jack does not enjoy being in a kennel. He may whine, cry, and bark when kenneled, but he will eventually settle down after some time.

Jack has only been in foster care a short time, so we are still learning more about his personality as he gets comfortable and settles in. So far, he's proving to be a sweet, loving little companion with lots of potential.

Jack gets neutered on 4/22 and can be adopted that weekend.
