Chulie is a 14-year-old Shih Tzu mix who recently came to us as an owner surrender after the heartbreaking loss of her beloved person. She spent her entire life in a loving home where she was clearly well cared for, and now she finds herself in an unfamiliar shelter environment through no fault of her own.

Chulie has only just arrived, but it's already clear that she is a gentle, sweet senior who would much prefer the comfort of a home over a kennel. At her age, she deserves a soft bed, a quiet space, and someone to love her through this transition.

We are hoping to find Chulie a new home as quickly as possible. She has already experienced so much change, and we would love to see her back where she belongs-safe, cherished, and surrounded by love.
