Frankie is an adorable Shih Tzu with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. Born on April 17, 2022 and weighing about 12 pounds, this little guy was owner surrendered through no fault of his own. His previous dad worked long hours and couldn’t give Frankie the time and attention he truly deserves.

Frankie may be a bit shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience, his sweet personality quickly shines through. Once he feels comfortable, he becomes a loyal and affectionate companion who loves cuddle time. He also has a playful side, enjoys his toys, and even likes choosing his own shirt to wear for the day.

He gets along well with other dogs and does great with adults, but he does not like small children and will need a calm, kid-free home where he can feel safe and relaxed.

Frankie is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and current on prevention. His adoption fee is $400.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $250. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
