Hi... I'm Great Smoky but I respond to Mister

I'm a 2-year-old Shepherd mix with a big heart, lots of love to give, and a little bit of a shy side that just makes me extra special

I might be a bit nervous at first-especially with loud noises or new people-but I'm getting braver every single day. Once I feel safe, I'm incredibly affectionate, loyal, and love being close to my person. Whether it's snuggling on the couch or playing by your side, I just want to be near you

I'm potty trained and doing really well on the leash-I'm improving with every walk! Outside, I'm a curious explorer who loves sniffing and taking in the world. At home, I've got that fun, playful energy, but I also love to relax and cuddle once I've gotten my zoomies out.

I'm still working on being comfortable alone and crate training, so I'll need a patient home that can help me build confidence. The good news? I'm super smart and food motivated, which makes learning fun for both of us!

My ideal home:
An active, loving family
Older kids (10+)
A fenced yard for play and exploring
A dog sibling would be amazing!
Someone patient who can help me continue building confidence

Adoption FEE: $400, which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.

A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.

Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
