When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped!

What we know: Litter of 4 puppies (2M, 2F) transferred with their mom (# 543) from Helping Hands Animal Rescue in Texas at approximately 3 months old. Mom was on the euthanasia list when pregnant and tagged by rescue. Puppies were born prior to transport and a Parvo outbreak ended up delaying transport. Out of seven, four in the litter survived. Came with the name "Lucas".

My name is Ziggy and I am about 3.5 months old. I like running around in the yard with my foster siblings and getting my ZOOMIES out! I also love to play with puppy toys. I am pretty easy to please. I enjoy the crinkly and squeaky toys. I haven't yet murdered one, so there's that! I enjoy long snuggles and naps on the couch with my person. I also love to snuggle with a foster sibling.

Like any good date, I have my manners. I am mostly potty trained (about 90%). Since I am so polite, I don't cry to go out, so that's when I have accidents. I wear a male urine band so that I don't pee all over. When the door is open and I have access to outside, I go outside to do my business. He would probably do great with access to a doggy door.

I am a perfect gentleman in the crate. It is my safe space and comfy (dog bed and blanket inside). At night I will cry because I miss you for just a few moments and then wind down with my chew treat until I fall asleep. I can sleep through the night without incident if water is limited after around 7:00.

My mama taught me to eat all of the food that is placed in front of me so that I don't waste food. I am fed three times a day at 6:30, 12:00 and 6:30. Times are subject to change based on your schedule of course.

He is truly a gentleman and respects your right to choose him. But be warned that once you do, his boundaries are limited. If you are in the bathroom, so is he. It's fair though. You watch him do his business so he thinks that's how it works. If you are making food, he would love a carrot! Are you in the couch? Awesome! He will make his way to snuggle with you.
