At 4ish years old and around 50 pounds, Disco embodies all the best qualities of a shepherd—sweet, playful, and deeply loyal. She's often the happiest girl in the room and wins hearts instantly with her joyful energy and signature smile.

Like many shepherds, Disco can be a bit cautious with new people at first and isn't shy about using her big bark to announce herself. An adopter with shepherd experience—or simply an understanding of and appreciation for her protective nature—would be a wonderful match for her.

Disco does beautifully with other dogs of all sizes and enjoys both playful romps and cozy pup naps with her canine friends. She has also lived with toddlers and young children and has done very well with them.
