Shepherd Dogs Available for Adoption in Clearwater, Florida

Well hello Tampa Bay. My name is Sven...but I'm a local. I came out of a shelter this past weekend and into foster care with these nice folks at FARR, but I'm just a bit confused. I am used to living outside in a fenced yard. Not that I want to do that all the time, but I have never had to have these things around my neck that you guys pull me by. This 'leash' thing is a bit annoying.
I'd really like to go back to not using those and just hanging around the house and lounging with you and hanging in the yard soaking up the Florida sun.
They did bring me to the doctor and then I woke up really weasy and missing some stuff, but it's not feeling too bad now. I'm ok with other dogs and haven't been around those feline things, though they seem a bit sketchy to me from the sounds of them. My foster mom says I'm 2 years old and 80lbs of sweetness.
