Eloise's Birthdate: 4/17/24

Beautiful Eloise was a stray who was hit by a car. She ended up in a shelter. The shelter reached out to us and asked if we would accept her into our rescue. We quickly picked her up and took her to the vet. Eloise was found to have a fractured femur in her right leg. She required surgery to repair the fracture and is currently has an external fixator hardware on the leg while it heals. Once the leg is healed, the external fixator will be removed.

May be good with other dogs after a slow introduction. Cats unknown. Children 10 years old and older. Her forever home is required to have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard. Eloise is up to date on vaccinations, on monthly heartworm preventative as well as house and crate-trained. She will be spayed after her leg heals. Beautiful Eloise is searching for a very loving forever family who will cherish and spoil her for the rest of her life.

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Eloise’s adoption fee is $300.
