DESCRIPTION
Meet Hercules!
Don't tell Hercules he's a senior - he clearly didn't get the memo!
This charming pug still has plenty of pep in his step and is ready to spend his golden years surrounded by love, belly rubs, and all the comforts of home. Hercules is an incredibly sweet boy who loves people and has the kind of personality that makes it impossible not to smile when you're around him.
Like many pugs, Hercules does have some breed-related medical needs. He is looking for adopters who are familiar with brachycephalic breeds and understand the care that comes with them. Hercules has breathing challenges related to his facial structure, requires daily cleaning of his facial folds, and receives medication for chronic dry eye.
While he may need a little extra care, Hercules more than makes up for it with his affectionate nature and lovable charm. He is proof that age is just a number and is ready to find a family to spoil him for the rest of his days.
If you are interested in adopting, stop by our shelter any day between 12-6:30pm. Please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
